Restyle: Not only is my hubby handy with the wood working tools but with the sewing machine too. One of the benefits of being the only male in a household of girls, was that he learned to sew and knit at an early age.
He insists on mending and hemming his own clothes. He recently RESTYLED a couple of his T shirts that had few welding holes, by sewing large patches to hide the damage .
Our bedroom got a RESTYLE last week with some secondhand curtains, I found on an Op shop expedition. With the sewing machine set up in the bedroom, my hubby promptly saw to the hemming, as I washed and hung each set.
