RE PURPOSING items that would otherwise become waste is a beneficial way to reduce items ending up in landfill.
I have had successes with RE PURPOSING cotton pillowcases and Doona covers into Beeswax Wraps. Beeswax wraps are a reusable, food safe alternative to cling film.
Tired T shirts can be cut and woven into funky bath mats to live on forever.
I also use this cutting technique for making plant ties.
A friend of mine REPURPOSES her Laundry Liquid containers into watering cans for the children at Daycare to water the plants and have water play.
