This informative workshop will give you the knowledge to make your own water kefir culture. We will explore the many exciting seasonal flavours you can experiment with, to tempt the whole family. We will discuss the health benefits of this pro-biotic drink. We will also discuss other pro-biotic drinks. We will make the comparison with Kombucha and learn how to care for your culture (scobies will also be available). The Water Kefir Workshop includes: a starter kit with 3 stages of water kefir, all bottles, jars and comprehensive notes.
